Recertification Process Update

We are sharing an important update regarding the certification renewal process. While recertification requirements remain the same, we have streamlined the renewal process. You will not be required to upload your CE certificates during the application process. If selected for audit, we will reach out to you to obtain copies. As part of recent updates, CE documentation is temporarily not visible within your online account. Previously submitted CE records remain securely on file with our team.
If you need copies of your submitted CE records right away, we can provide a copy of your CE log along with certificates. Contact us at certification@aanpcert.org.  Otherwise, visibility will return shortly. Any CE maintained in your file will continue to be applied toward your renewal. You will not need to resubmit those documents. Continue maintaining your own CE records to support your renewal.
The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board® (AANPCB) is a separate organization from The American Association of Nurse Practitioners® (AANP), and this has no impact on the AANP CE Tracker, which remains fully functional and continues to be a way to share your CE with AANPCB with a click of a button.
