The 2026 Commissioner election was held September 15-30, 2025. AANPCB is pleased to announce that Humberto Reinoso, PhD, FNP-BC, ENP-BC, PMHNP-BC, and Lorraine M. Reiser, PhD, FNP-C (reelected), will represent FNPs on the AANPCB Board of Commissioners beginning January 1, 2026, for a three-year term.

Additionally, Rachelle Campbell, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, EBP-C, has been appointed by the AANPCB Board to serve in a term ending on December 31, 2027. Brian Vivona, Ed.D., has been appointed to serve on the AANPCB Board of Commissioners as a public member beginning January 1, 2026, for a three-year term.

AANPCB-certified nurse practitioners who voted were entered into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon gift card. Ten names were selected at random following the close of the election, and the winners have been notified.
